Job Description：1. Received customers, answered questions, facilitated transactions and obtained orders through various e-commerce platform tools.2. Responsible for answering, following up and giving feedback to customers for consultation; proficient in the backstage operation of the store, dealing with orders, timely and accurately revising notes, following up orders and solving general complaints after sales and logistics follow-up.3. Familiar with the company's products and processes after training, able to effectively recommend and answer for different customers4. Have a clear understanding of the latest promotional activities, timely remind customers and remark their special requirements, timely communicate to avoid mistakes;5. Monitored the assessment scores of service indicators of each platform and handled abnormal situations timely6. Customer invoice processing8. Coordinate procurement, product and logistics departments to implement group purchase and channel customer orders.9. Deal with customer after-sales problems.

Requirements：

1. More than one year's customer service experience on Tmall, pinduoduo or jd platforms.2. Flexible in mind, able to communicate with more than one person online at the same time, warm to others, good sense of service, patient and meticulous in work! 3. Good computer skills, fast typing speed, familiar with office software and network tools.4. Able to work on two shifts5. Proficient in Excel and have certain e-commerce product picture processing ability is preferred
